QC Profile

QC Laboratory Overview

Our QC laboratory covers 500 square meters. Eight QC member ensure the quality of our paper bags from the raw material purchasing to whole manufacturering process.

We have professional testing equipment.

Quality Control Process

Our first step is to inspect the incoming raw material, kraft paper, to ensure its reliability and stability. This mainly involves testing the paper's basis weight, thickness, elongation, and tensile strength.
The second step is testing the adhesive used in the production process. This involves examining the various components and bacterial counts in the adhesive.
The third step is to inspect the finished bags, including metal detection and overall bag air permeability testing.
